We began our operations in 1990 in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. Since the beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to the design, development, and manufacturing of Switching Power Supplies and Special Converters.
Today, we are the largest manufacturer of Switching Power Supplies in the southern region of the country. We have already developed over 1,300 models. No other national company offers a portfolio of Switching Power Supplies as complete as ours.
We maintain a technical team focused on research and development, consisting of engineers and masters in power electronics, as well as highly qualified technicians and technologists.
For new knowledge, we also have technological cooperation agreements with the INEP – Power Electronics Institute at UFSC and with the Mechatronics Engineering department at IF-SC.

We maintain our social responsibility voluntarily by adopting actions that promote the well-being of the company's internal and external stakeholders.
To preserve the environment, we generate waste that is recycled.
Paper and cardboard boxes are used as filler for new packaging, copper wire scraps and tin dross are sent for re-industrialization, and printed circuit board cleaning products are alcohol-based.
Board assemblers are primarily recruited from among young people seeking their first job.
Within the company, they are encouraged to continue their studies in technical and engineering courses. Many advance internally with their new qualifications, while others find positions in local technology industries.

In 2026, Cebra conducted its 27th quality audit, a milestone representing its 9th recertification under the ABNT NBR ISO 9001 standard throughout its 36-year history.
This result highlights the company's ongoing commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with the highest international quality standards. Cebra thus reaffirms its dedication to maintaining processes and products aligned with the best market practices.
The external audit is conducted annually and is preceded by a rigorous process of internal audits performed by our quality team, ensuring preparation, consistency, and a high level of maturity in organizational processes.
The ISO 9001 certification cycle at Cebra is structured over three years, ensuring a continuous and comprehensive evaluation of all the organization's processes.
Process certification
First, a complete audit of all processes and areas of the organization is conducted, in an operation that takes approximately three days. The objective is to verify full compliance with the requirements of the ABNT NBR ISO 9001 standard. After validation, the company receives the certificate.
1st Year – Maintenance audit
In this stage, selected processes are evaluated, focusing on maintaining the quality management system and ensuring continued compliance with the standard.
2nd Year – Expanded maintenance audit
Key processes such as quality, production, and management are audited, in addition to other areas not previously covered, ensuring complete coverage throughout the cycle.
3rd Year – Recertification
The model from the first year is repeated, with a complete audit of all organizational processes, confirming the effectiveness of the management system and adherence to the standard's requirements.
With a focus on the continuous evolution of its processes and the strengthening of its presence in the automotive sector, Cebra will launch a structured training program focused on IATF 16949:2016 requirements between March and May 2026.
The initiative aims to raise the maturity level of internal processes, promote the dissemination of technical knowledge, and prepare the organization for the challenges and requirements of the automotive segment. This strategic move reinforces Cebra's commitment to excellence, expanding its capacity to serve both the automotive market and other sectors with the highest quality standards.
As part of this process, after each training session, the Quality team will conduct internal presentations to share the knowledge acquired. This practice ensures that all stakeholders have access to best practices and strengthens an organizational culture based on continuous improvement.
Commitment to quality evolution
The pursuit of IATF 16949:2016 certification represents an important step in Cebra's journey toward operational excellence. The company remains dedicated to the constant improvement of its management system, consolidating a solid foundation for sustainable growth and increased competitiveness.
Throughout 2026, we will intensify the maturation of our ISO 9001-certified processes, focusing on the continuous improvement of our management system and the strengthening of our controls. Our goal is to elevate Cebra to a new level of excellence, ensuring even greater quality in our products and services.
